Port of Brisbane – Flood Recovery Update

Port of Brisbane

Flood Recovery Update – 3rd March 2022

Port of Brisbane - Flood Recovery Update
(AusMarine | Port of Brisbane)

Good morning,

The Regional Harbour Master has authorised the first vessel movements since their Direction to halt operations on Sunday. Unfortunately, these movements are limited to oil tankers and not container ships. This vessel exchange has been prioritised by the RHM in order to maintain ongoing fuel supplies in the region.

Other vessel movements, including container ships currently at anchor will be scheduled on a case-by-case approach by the RHM in the days ahead.

There are no landside limitations within port precincts and all road and rail access remains operational. We anticipate that once vessel movements are restored, departing vessels will be prioritised.

We remain in constant contact with our transport providers in Brisbane and will continue to update our individual clients.

For ongoing updates, please refer to the Port of Brisbane website.

Please contact our team if you have any questions.
