The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) have updated their packing declaration requirements and formats. These changes take effect immediately. Please review the details below and refer to the attached documents for compliance.
What’s changed?
Separate Packing Declarations for FCL/FCX and LCL Shipments
Packing Declarations for Full Container Loads (FCL/FCX) and Less than Container Loads (LCL) shipments must now be separate. You can download them here:

Changes for FCX Shipments
An annual packing declaration is no longer valid for FCX shipments (multiple suppliers, one consignee).
You must provide and FCL/FCX specific packing declaration (above) from the main supplier who packed the container. A separate packing declaration from each supplier in the FCX container is no longer required. If packing is done by one supplier or a third party consolidator, a single supplier declaration is accepted.
It is important that your shipments comply with these new requirements to avoid delays or non-compliance penalties. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.
